the location is really amazing, walkable to many places. i found the staff very nice and ready to help. the beds were comfortable with lovely bedding. the share kitchen had a kettle, so i could make tea.

the room was spacious and clean. the bathroom was clean too and in well condition. i requested a hair dryer and they supplied it. they are very responsive and helpful even if there no 24 hour reception.

the front door was tricky. i had to wrestle with it for 10 minutes to get out. staff are not there 24/7 and no one answered the emergency number at that time. the location felt a bit unsafe and i wouldn't stay around here again as a solo female.

i was greeted by a kind receptionist, an older gentleman. he displayed wonderful manners! he assisted with all my inquiries. The daily cleaning included fresh towels, which i found thoughtful.

the front door presented A challenge. i spent ten minutes wrestling with it trying to exit one morning. it caused some undue stress with my ride waiting.
